Started in 1998 by Christine Mackenzie as Spanish On Call, Inc., SOC Language Solutions now offers onsite interpretation in more than 25 languages to companies of all sizes. Additional services include over-the-phone (OPI) and video-remote (VRI) interpretation and written translation in nearly any language. While SOC has grown in size and language offerings, what has never changed is the company commitment to providing efficient, reliable service to all its customers through a hands-on, always-accessible approach.

Christine Mackenzie, founder and president of SOC Language Solutions, worked as a Spanish-speaking Patient Representative at WellStar Kennestone Hospital In the '90s. She studied in Seville, Spain and San Jose, Costa Rica. She earned a BA in Spanish and Communications from Simmons College in Boston and an MA in International Studies from the University of Denver.
